Wipro Elite NTH Preparation: Exam Pattern, Syllabus & Tips
Wipro Elite NTH preparation guide for 2026 — exam sections, syllabus, coding difficulty, and interview process for fresher hiring through Wipro's national talent hunt.
Wipro Elite NTH is the off-campus hiring route for freshers. The exam is simpler than TCS NQT but the coding section can surprise you — here is what to expect and how to prepare.
Wipro Elite NTH exam structure
The online assessment has three sections: Aptitude (quantitative + logical + verbal), Essay Writing, and Coding. Unlike NQT, all sections may be in a single window with section-wise time limits.
Aptitude is moderate difficulty. Coding is usually 1–2 problems at easy-medium level — arrays, strings, basic patterns.
What trips up candidates
The essay section is unexpected for many engineering students. You get a topic (often tech-related or general) and 20–25 minutes to write 200–400 words. Grammatical accuracy and structure matter more than vocabulary.
In coding, partial solutions score well — always submit a brute-force attempt before optimizing. Wipro's platform usually gives partial marks for test cases passed.
Interview after Elite NTH
If you clear the assessment, the technical interview focuses on your resume projects, basic OOPs, SQL, and one easy coding problem. HR round covers relocation, gap years, and salary expectations (usually standard for freshers).
- Technical: resume walkthrough + 1 coding + OOPs/SQL basics
- HR: Why Wipro, relocation, bond discussion (usually 15–18 months)
- Be honest about your stack — they train you regardless
