What is Wipro Elite NLTH
Wipro Elite National Talent Hunt (NLTH) is Wipro's off-campus fresher hiring program. It targets 2026 batch engineering graduates across India.
Two roles are offered through NLTH: Elite role (₹3.5 LPA, standard SDE) and Turbo role (₹6.5 LPA, advanced SDE with harder coding requirements).
The exam is conducted online via Superset or Wipro's own assessment platform. Results are typically declared within 2-3 weeks.
Wipro Elite exam pattern
Section 1 — Aptitude (60 min): 20 quantitative + 20 logical + 20 verbal. Total 60 questions in 60 minutes. Negative marking: no.
Section 2 — Coding (60 min): 2 coding problems. One easy/medium, one medium. Topics: arrays, strings, basic data structures. Languages: C, C++, Java, Python.
Section 3 — Essay writing (25 min): One essay on a given topic. 200-400 words. Tests communication and thought structure.
Total: 145 minutes. Cut-off: ~60% in aptitude + at least 1 coding problem solved correctly.
Wipro Elite aptitude syllabus
Quantitative: Time-speed-distance, percentages, profit/loss, ratio, averages, number system, probability, permutations, simple interest, mensuration.
Logical reasoning: Syllogisms, blood relations, direction sense, coding-decoding, number series, seating arrangement, data sufficiency.
Verbal: Reading comprehension (1 passage, 5 questions), sentence correction, synonyms/antonyms, fill in the blanks, para jumbles, spelling.
Practice 50+ questions per topic on IndiaBix. Wipro aptitude is moderate — easier than Infosys, similar to TCS NQT.

Arrays: rotation, reversal, prefix sum, searching, sorting
Strings: palindrome, anagram, character frequency, reversal
Hash maps: frequency counting, two-sum, duplicate detection
Math: GCD/LCM, prime checking, factorial, digit manipulation
Basic data structures: stack, queue, linked list operations
Difficulty: LeetCode easy to medium. Wipro coding is not as hard as Amazon — focus on fundamentals.

Wipro Elite interview rounds
Technical round (30-45 min): Basic programming questions (C/Java/Python), OOP concepts, simple coding problem, project discussion. Focus on fundamentals — Wipro doesn't ask hard DSA.
HR round (15-20 min): Tell me about yourself, why Wipro, are you willing to relocate, night shift flexibility, salary expectations (fixed for freshers).
For Turbo role (₹6.5 LPA): Additional technical round with harder coding (medium LeetCode) and basic system design questions.
30-day Wipro Elite preparation plan
